Health Coaching Programs

My health coaching services are designed to provide both education and conversation regarding your personal wellness journey. I serve as a guide to coach you through your transition into a more balanced and  healthy version of yourself. We will work together as a team to identify your personal goals and create a custom designed roadmap to your success. I will help you reach your goals by making gradual, healthy and reasonable changes in your eating habits, stress management, and physical activity.

Foundations to Healthy Living
6 -Week Private Coaching Program
$475.00

 With this foundations program, here is what you will receive:

  • Direction: after our 60- minute consultation, you will receive a customized plan that is tailored to meet your needs and health goals. If a meal plan is a necessary part of your program, recipes that suit your unique plan will also be sent to you as needed throughout the six weeks with an attached grocery list, so you know what to buy. Additional supplement recommendations can also be provided if needed.
  • Accountability:weekly or bi-weekly skype or cell phone calls (6 x 45- 75 minutes) to determine how you are doing, review your food journal, discuss your goals, successes and areas for improvement. If in-person coaching is preferred that can be arranged or a combination of virtual and in-person coaching.
  • One-on-one coaching:Weekly or bi-weekly calls also include an important educational component that help you make sense of the nutrition world. Education is key to success!
  • Personalized and tailored program:no cookie cutter approach here, you get a plan that is going to work for YOU! I have a great plan to help you, but none of it is set in stone. I have a schedule to cover certain topics, but if you need help in another area, we will tackle that first.
  • Results along the way:We review your goals every week and celebrate your amazing results!
