My passion for cooking stemmed from the need to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle in order to control my Crohn’s disease. Healthy cooking became an everyday part of my life. Having attended Miami Culinary Institute I am now a professionally trained chef offering cooking classes in the South Florida region.

 Rates for Individual Cooking Classes

 1- hour cooking class  $50.00   + cost of ingredients
2 -hour cooking class  $100.00 + cost of ingredients
2.5 -hour cooking class $150.00 + cost of ingredients
3- hour cooking class $200 00 + cost of ingredients

**Each additional hour beyond three hours is $100 no matter the group size.
**Cost of ingredients is separate and will be divided among the participants. A 10% surcharge will be included for the time spent shopping for ingredients.
**Fee includes clean up service and all kitchen tools necessary are provided that the client does not have available in their kitchen.

**Rates for 4 -Week Customized Culinary Courses

If an individual or group would like more in-depth cooking instruction, we offer fully customized 4-week culinary courses which include:

    • Three hours of instruction each week for 4 consecutive weeks**
    • Each class will focus on creating recipes from one category of food. You may select four categories from the following options: Salads, Dips & Sauces, Side Dishes, Main Courses, Breakfasts, Desserts & Baked Goods
    • Customize each class by choosing 3-5 recipes within each category (Recipe selections will be provided by the chef)
    • All the classes will be held in your kitchen which gives you the opportunity to learn in an intimate setting and a comfortable  environment.
    • Our cooking courses are ideal for 1-4 participants.
    • Participants will learn various cooking methods as well as healthier options and alternatives to integrate into your cooking repertoire.
  • We do the grocery shopping**, bring the ingredients and the recipes to your kitchen and clean up! All you have to focus on is cooking, learning and eating! 


The 4- week cooking course for up to 3 participants is
 $1,150.00 (a savings of over $300!)
Each additional participant is $300.00
**Additional classes may be added to the course once you have started your series

**Groceries are billed separately, but you keep the leftovers (prepared food and groceries)

My cooking philosophy is simple:

I believe in using real whole foods to create easy, healthy and delicious meals. While I do find pleasure in creating gourmet meals, that is not my focus with my clients. My goal is to guide individuals with food sensitivities or those interested in improving their overall health towards finding healthier alternatives, so they don’t feel as limited in their options. I have experience working with all variety of dietary plans- gluten free, dairy-free, paleo, vegetarian, vegan—all are welcomed!. The cooking class prices vary based on the selected recipes, the number of individuals participating in the class and the level of individual class customization. Generally, the most popular length of time for cooking classes are 2.5 – 3 hours, which allows time to teach how to make at least three dishes. However, you can certainly do a shorter cooking class than that if you like.
