What exactly is this? A cleanse? Detox? A healthy eating program?
Yes, to all of the above! It’s a full-body reset that supports your digestion, elimination, breathing, skin & mindset (all of your detox pathways!). Your body will get a much-needed break as this plan and all meals included are SIMPLE. I want you to celebrate whole foods, nourish your body, help your digestion and kick start good choices for life. 

Will there be juicing included?
Yes, however that is only one component. While juices are amazing, this cleanse will incorporate plenty of whole foods. I believe you need to eat and be satisfied. And there is a way to do that while still cleaning up your body and feeling amazing. You can expect a variety of foods including delicious salads, soups, wraps and hot entrees that are all satisfying and simple to make.

Why not just go on a diet?
I am not a fan of diets as they are temporary. On diets it’s par for the course to severely restrict your eating for a week and then binge on all the bad foods that you denied yourself. Then you fall back into your old eating habits and you probably did not learn anything from the experience. The reason this program is different is because you will learn what your body needs to function, to thrive and to help you feel your best. You will learn what clean, healthy eating looks and tastes like and how to incorporate these foods into your daily diet in a sustainable way.
